Looking for Junior Graphic Designer:

Location: Tacloban or Leyte-based (preferred) but open to other locations

  • You’ll receive design feedback that hurts your soul (especially at the start). We’re some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, but all of that goes out the window when we review your design for our products. We are ruthless with this because it’s the only way we can show our students / clients how much we're passionate in delivering quality products / services.

  • You’ll get paid less on purpose. If money is your top priority in the short-term, this role isn’t for you. We are specifically looking for someone who’s hungry, malleable, and frankly, not as talented as our core team. We want to shape you into a long-term asset for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating image graphics for social media and Meta Ads

  • Create compelling and creative YouTube thumbnails

  • Conceptualize & develop impactful landing page graphics

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Figma and Canva.

  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work (Meta ads, YouTube thumbnails, or landing pages are a plus).

  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.

  • Must have your own computer or device capable of handling design tasks.

  • Residing in Tacloban or Leyte (work-from-home setup).

  • Experience with other graphic design tools is a plus.

  • Knowledge & familiarity with HTML, CSS & Javascript is a plus.

  • Familiar with using Discord & Notion

Compensation:

  • We're willing to pay a starting salary of P8,000/mo to P10,000 per month depending on experience.

Your compensation grows in a few ways:

  • We close more brand deals & sponsors so we pay you more to do more designs for us.

  • You get so good that you conceptualize the creative direction yourself.

  • You take over the whole creative direction yourself.

Step 2: Design Test

  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a design test to demonstrate their skills and creativity.
