There were many valuable lessons I gained clarity on today, but if I had to choose one, I’d say it’s understanding the different buyer personas on a psychological level and learning how to address their objections properly so they can be turned into paying customers.
It’s such a huge relief that I now know the right elements to include on a landing page beyond just making it look pretty. Thank you so much, Coach Errol!

I love the analogy and watching the actual process. I think learning the business side opened a new door of clarity. Before kasi, design focused lang, but with this learning mas nagmemake sense na kung bakit nagwowork or hindi nagwowork yung mga landing page na nagawa ko.
I now know where and what to look for to improve the page or what are working, and keep it.

Ultimately grateful to this course, I now know the depth of conversion optimization with proper customer journey of each buyer persona, lead temp, awareness level, etc.
My checklists are now considered as surface level optimization and glad that I can now move on from that stage.

It is not necessary to offer a freebie once we know the people's problems and beliefs or their personas. It is a matter of understanding where these people stand based on our offers and solutions, so we can trigger them to buy or lead them to take the next action.

85% of my target market has the potential to become buyers of my service. I’ve always thought of myself as a bad salesperson, and I used to feel like I needed to enroll in expensive courses or hire a coach who’s an expert closer. But damn, I didn’t realize that simply understanding the customer journey and having the right sales process could make such a difference. When you truly know your audience, where they are in their journey, the right timing, and the right offer for the right people, you naturally put yourself in a position to succeed in sales without forcing it.

My biggest takeaway is the reminder to assess our current landing pages more intentionally. In my day-to-day work, proper research sometimes get deprioritized because I need to create and launch landing pages quickly, then iterate fast as well.
That often means in-depth research doesn’t get done. This lesson filled in some of my knowledge gaps, especially around audience targeting.
Before, I thought I always had to include cold leads, but I realized it’s not the best use of time or resources since returns are minimal.

Very enlightening lesson. I would suggest Erol to use and actual recording mic to instead of earphones which has lesser volume and audio quality.
There were also a couple of times where he appears to be showing something different but the screen was only showing. Other than those, solid course as usual. Thanks.

I learned na conversion design is really about psychology kung paano mag isip at mag decide yung tao.
Ang galing kasi mas naging aware ako kung paano i-connect yung design sa behavior ng users and also the different types of personas na iisang tao lang pala sila at how to address their objections.
Ang daming matutunanan hindi tinipid napaka solid ng Click to Customer Playbook! Salamat dito.

I learned that it’s more effective to target the 55% hot audience, 25% warm problem aware, and 5% warm symptom aware, instead of wasting time on problem-unaware people or those just looking for free solutions. A great example was Jollibee targeting the “symptom aware” market by highlighting family bonding, which resonates emotionally and drives conversions.
